Who am I

You will need to know yourself better than anyone to focus on your points of strength, work on your weaknesses, get to know what type of personality you are,be aware of your emotions and be aware of your actions all the time If you want to achieve your goal.


The following -Self Awareness- questions are written by Kareem Esmail? in the “Dream Catcher” lecture And will help you know yourself better.


Questions Time

True situations:

1-What are the things you enjoyed the most?

2-Think back of a time where you were highly satisfied and fulfilled with yourself, what were you doing then?

3-what kind of topics interest you and get you pumped up once you start talking about them?What is the deep reasoning behind these topics that moves something within you?

4- If your house burns down ( family and pets have all escaped safely), what physical object will you feel the urge to save?

5-If you had the choice of changing one of the following:

Family-Social-work-the world , which will you choose to change?Why?How?

Things you'd love to do:

1-What are your goals and dreams?

2-What's the one thing you do most?

3-What's the one thing you try your best to do most of the time?

4-What grabs your attention?

5-If you had the choice of choosing something you'd spend the rest of your life doing, what would it be?

6-What's one thing you're willing to do free of charge?

7-What's the one thing you forget the whole world while doing it?

8-What are the things that when you do, you feel like "I'm in the right place, this is where i belong"?

If you're still having some trouble answering these questions, how about we go back in time

Answer the following questions about your past:

1-What is something you wanted to do your whole life but you never quite achieved?

2- What did you want the most as a child?

3-If you went back in time and there were no limitations or fears, Where would have you gone and what would have you chosen?

4-Do you know of anyone doing something you wanted to do your whole life?

5-For you to be realistic when you realise there is something you really want, you need to take these three factors into consideration: Passion-Ability-Chance

Here are some questions you need to ask yourself to maintain your performance and mental state :

1-What am i working so hard to reach?

2-How many hours have i invested in it?

3-Is this invested time enough to get me to where I need to be?

4-Is the number of ours enough according to me, or according to those that have succeeded in that same thing before me?

5-Did i work smart all these hours or did i just tire myself up?

6-What else can i do?

7-What was i supposed to do but i didn't?

8-Is there something wrong I am doing that is backfiring at my final outcome?

9- Are there results?

10-If there are no results, do i need to change some approach towards achieving my goal or do i simply need to wait and it's only a matter of time?

11-Did you take an expert's opinion and did you use all the tools that may raise the quality of your outcome?
