Courage 2
Theodore Roosevelt said
In order to be vulnerable you need to do three things:
Live in the arena (take chances)
Be brave
Go out of your comfort zone and have courage to be yourself out there.

People will come tell you their opinion about you or work or life and give there feedback but actually not everyone’s opinion will be taken, he said “ If you are not in the arena and getting ass kicked I’m not interested in or open to your feedback about my work. Period! “
You can’t judge people by appearance but what they do in their lives says who they are and to know what people do it takes time so not everyone’s opinion needs to be taken!
5 rules of have courage
Rule 1: Embrace Vulnerability (Don’t fight it, or hide it, be grateful and own the unordinary)
Rule 2: Be Authentic (be who you truly are)
Rule 3: Risk failure (There is no success without failure)
Rule 4: Brave the wilderness (be brave enough to stand there alone, be seen and expose yourself)
Rule 5: Show up! (Just know that being seen means at some point you will get your ass kicked which is okay, keep going you are in the arena)
You need to ask yourself some questions for some awareness in this field:
Where do I need to embrace Vulnerability?
What failures do I need to risk?
If there were no judgments or titles or criticism, what will I be doing now?
Last thing....
From me to you
Being Vulnerable is not perfectionism and perfectionism is not seeking excellence and seeking excellence is failing and failing is not perfectionism
You are probably lost now!
So here is the difference between "Seeking excellence" and "Perfectionism" :
Perfectionism: is how people what to see and what they think about it, you can Google how many person on earth -every person have his own idea of perfection and his own thoughts- then imagine if you didn’t have your own thing, like seriously this is scary…
It is also refusing to accept any standers rather than being “Perfect”!!
Seeking Excellence: is wanting to be the best version of yourself, work more on your strength points and your weakness, it is knowing where do you stand and get better, you will need to know yourself better than anything to be determine your own path.
“When perfectionism is driving, Shame is riding a shout gun and fear is the annoying backseat driver” said Brene Brown.
