Three things that can change a life!


I know it isn’t easy for some people to balance between them, that's what I am going to write about and the reason i created this blog.


First)

Before doing any plans you will need to do self awareness and figure out the most important thing in your life, the thing that your life depends on like work or family or kids


Second)

After knowing what affects your life the most, you can now determine which is more important to focus on your mind or body or soul.


Third)

Put percentage for each like for example: If your top priority is a project, you will need to focus 70% on your mind (keep it updated, do some mental activities to strengthen your focus or whatever you feel like to feed it depends on your personality), then give 15% to your body as it can boost your mood and make you more productive in ur daily routine (do some fun activities or self care routines or exercises or even take care more of your nutrition) and last 15% for your soul to keep the peace inside so it can make your life sparkle and shine more (meditation or praying or camping or see loved ones….)



Last thing I want to say is you have no idea how this can change your life without feeling you’re missing anything bec you will pick your favorite things in all life dimensions (mind- body- soul) and feed them for your own good.
