My story
Here are 10 things I learnt from sports
1) If you’re strong individually, you will be unstoppable in a team
(Always and forever put yourself a priority)
2) Great achievements never come by the easy way and if done then it will be temporary!
(Like they say build your stairs step by step to make it to the top and the time consumed is worth it)
3) Taking good care of your sport or business only is the biggest mistake ever!
(You will need to take a break or do other different things with it; if your sports (Body) then you will need to focus a lil on mind and soul)
4) Do it because you love it and enjoy the process of changing your body to a better one you would like to have
(Having goals is like having sth that doesn’t end like working on yourself to be healthy, having good values but wanting to have a car or make it to the podium or similar things is called a need or an achievement not a goal)
5) If you ever met people who only cares about what you did not how you did it, Run!
6) Be Patient and trust the timing of everything as long as you are doing all what you can!
7) Your Thoughts and how you Imagine it, is a part of the process that helps with 80% that’s why Mindset and Mental health matters.
(Watch your thoughts!)
8) Always and forever be you,Never change your attitude because some people weren’t nice!
(Being nice, friendly, honest, a good person and more other values is for you and your mental health not for others to like you.)
9) Sun always comes up after a dark night so never lose hope.
(You determine your life and your actions determine when you will make it.)
10) Make your needs, Goals, achievements so clear for you that no one will be able brainwash you to change what you truly want to sth else for their own good to get benefits out of you or please their ego or God knows what else !! (Just Run)
