Let's Talk Deep
There are these days where my thoughts, negative vibes, depression, laziness and other general life problems haunts me down besides training home alone without any workout partner or competition fire or motivation vibes, Before writing this article i used to skip training days with the excuse of "let me save this workout in another day in which i will be feeling better" without any guilt towards my training program or towards my mental health that needs to be taken care of !
In days in which it is just me, myself and my explosive frustrated life thoughts,
I would recommend you to do similar to the following as it changed my life:
Have a written day routine scheduled with time ready for such days for Breakfast, Dinner and Lunch time, training, time for mobile scrolling and self care and dealing with your thoughts.
Clean the area you are sitting in and throw away things you don't need anymore, It's said that it makes your mind clear, think faster and gives you some positivity.
Read about self developing.
I know it may seem simple to do in such dark days but it will make a huge impact in your day and transform it from feeling down doing nothing to feeling positive having a productive good day.
(But of course if it is something serious you will need to go to a therpaist)
I know you are saying now "okay i get it but how can I just do it like how i see world champions or successful people do?"
Here is the answer
After having a fixed day routine the next step is the answer of how to Just Do It, this part aint easy because i am done fighting with my head in such dark days so what i do is containing my negative thoughts and deal with them in their time without letting such thoughts taking over my whole day because it is impossible to just delete or prevent negative thoughts but it is possible to deal with them without delaying your life or cancelling your main life plans!

Just Move your body based on your plan and goals, move forward and start doing actions.
