How life works (Part 2)
I will use in this post “The power of habit”, "The time keeper" and “The secret”. And will continue from where I stopped in part one but this post will only have 3 steps to help you achieve your goals.

First
I’ll explain The Cycle:
Time:

Habits: ”Champions don’t do extraordinary things" "They do ordinary things, but they do them without thinking, too fast for the other team to react, They follow the habits they’ve learned.” _Dungy (The power of Habit) Reward: ”There is a reward, which helps your brain figure out if this particular loop is worth remembering for the future“ _(The power of Habit) Feelings: ”Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step” _Dr. Martin Lather King (1929-1968) (The Secret) MBS: I do believe that You need to feed your Whole (Mind, Body and Soul) not just your stomach as all are connected to make a healthy human. Step 5 Time (Goal’s Work): We have this inflated idea that work needs lots if time to make it perfect but actually work just needs the right time and focus to make it perfect because this 2 hours task when you finish it in 3 days you just make work expand to fill the time and psychologically Speaking it will fill the time with stress and tension. So you will only need to set yourself the right deadline in your to-do list and ignore the time that was given to you but act serious about it as if it's your manager's deadline. The most important thing is to kill the cockroaches in your day like spending 10-20 mins (or even, God forbid, 30 mins) just checking mail, Just make it 5 mins man or even 2 mins! And There is also the 80 20 rule, Here It is.
Step 6
Choosing Habits and Rewards:
(Habits for feeding your goal)
You can choose a habit that can make you healthier, smarter, more beautiful which we call the reward.
For example people who smoke cigarettes the reward they get is getting their brains hit with nicotine which make them feel pleasure at the moment And awake -but it destroys their brains and it is so dangerous don’t do this-
So in order to change a bad habit you will need to see what kind of reward you crave the most then pick the good habit that can give it to you, some people replace cigarettes with morning runs and swimming. There are so many techniques to build the routine that you need or exhange one and still get the thing you cra
Step 7
Feelings:
Sometimes we keep telling ourselves “I do believe in my goal and it will work isA” but inside we still feel worried and scared of what may happen! Never have second thoughts of what you asked for or doubts because it will just disappear as simple as that because this feeling is a force that you sent to the universe to stop working for your goal. In order to control your feelings and thoughts you need not only to have faith but believe that this thing is already yours because you asked Allah for it and He is The Greatest who wants you to pray for Him to make your wishes come true.
